Why is it that some african americans act more rude and crazy than other people?

Lol. Well I'm Black sweetie, and most Black people do not act crazy. They were just "hood" or "ghetto" and any ethnicity can act that way. "Hood" or "ghetto" people are normally rude, ignorant, inconsiderate, sometimes uneducated, sometimes violent, unhappy or angry with their life, and mostly lovers of drama. Most "hood" or "ghetto" people tend to calm down after they grow up, go to jail, find Jesus, or get put in their place by someone bigger and stronger. You probably see more hood or ghetto Black people in your area than any other ethnicity because of the particular area that you live in. Have a good night.
