Should I report this to the police?

About an hour ago, my 9-year-old brother and his friend came back inside my house from outside, scared. They were riding their scooters around my neighborhood when three men appearing to be in their forties (one Caucasian and two Hispanics) got out of their white truck and started chasing them. They rode back toward my house, and the men got back in their truck and started driving after them. They finally reached my house and got inside, but the car still drove around our neighborhood four times and finally drove off. I was wondering if this incident is worth reporting to the police?
