I am soooo Beyond humiliated!! Help! Advice!?

Last night I was at a party and the guy I like was there. I was hardcore flirting and we began to sqaure dance. Things got really hot to the point where people were crowding around us. He was wearing a tie with a lose opened button down shirt, OMG. I put my hands around his neck and was going to take off the tie seductivly. While trying to do this.. The tie just fell to the floor.. IT WAS A CLIP ON TIE. I was humiliated, people were laughing at me. THE TIE WAS A FREAKING CLIP-ON, IT DIDN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE ONE!! . that whole night everyone threw confetti at me and laughed at me. Even HE was laughing at me. Finally I thought people were starting to forget the incident, when a girl threw a cookie at me and told me to "go get a clip on tie". I can't believe this! This is just plain humiliation.. There's even pictures on facebook of me struggling with the tie!! Theres even a pic of it on the floor, and some dude tagged me as the tie!!!! I just can't believe this is happening. ADVICE PLEASE?!
